Listening Instructions for the GentleBirth Positive Birth Box Set.

 

Week 1 - begin with CD1 (you need only listen to the instructions once).

 

Week 2  - continue with CD1 and one track from CD2 (Confident Pregnancy or Baby Bonding) on alternate days. Use No More Morning Sickness as necessary.

 

Week 3 -  continue with CD1 and one track from CD2 (Confident Pregnancy or Baby Bonding) on alternate days and practice one breathing technique from CD3 (Breathing for Birth)*.

 

Week 4 -  continue with CD1 and one track from CD2 (Confident Pregnancy or Baby Bonding) on alternate days and practice one breathing technique from CD3 (Breathing for Birth)*.

 

Week 5 continue with CD1 and one track from CD2 (Confident Pregnancy or Baby Bonding) on alternate days and practice one breathing technique from CD3 (Breathing for Birth)*.

 

After completing the 5 weeks you will continue on your practice with CD1 and any other GentleBirth tracks you enjoy. CD1 is always your main practice CD during pregnancy and during your baby’s birth if needed to help you maintain focus and relaxation.

If you are starting the program at 35 weeks focus on CD1 for two weeks and alternate with CD2 and the short breathing exercises on CD3.

*Note CD3 includes several short easy breathing exercises – as soon as you feel comfortable with each technique you can incorporate the techniques into your daily practice.

Please note CD8 can be used while driving.
